I just discovered vegan donuts! Steve and I do vegan Thursdays or sometimes vegetarian Thursdays when I forget to minus the milk with my morning coffee. I’m a flexitarian, sometimes I eat fresh organic fruits, vegetables and whole grains all day. It helps flush all the toxins out of my body and it really improves my immune system and skin! If you don’t believe me just try adding a green juice to your normal routine for a whole week, your skin will start glowing!
After a long day working with Steve on our latest interior design project and attending meetings, I was craving for a donut. So Steve said screw it and we did a late night run to the donut store at The Donuttery in Huntington Beach. It’s open 24/7 and to my surprise there were vegan donuts! I didn’t have to break my vegan day. They were fresh and warm and boy were they the best vegan donuts! Tasted like normal donuts but vegan, my favourite was the classic glazed raised one, it was soft and it seriously just melted in my mouth. Not too sure how this fits with my clean eating but this is my little guilty pleasure.
This is how happy I was after my vegan donuts or maybe I was on a sugar high.
I love this outfit for a casual work day, I’m digging the bell sleeves right now, makes the outfit fun. I can go to meetings looking stylish yet conservative and the shoes are so comfortable! I’m all about comfortable shoes because I have bad knees, so it comes down to the quality for me. Plus, coming from NYC I have only been investing in shoes that I can walk around in.
My bag can carry everything I need for the day, fits my notebook, pens, colour wheel and my personal belongings. It’s the perfect everyday bag! I always believe in investing in a good quality bag because it never breaks on me.
